Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Yarotech Services — including the yarotech.net website, the Web Agent website‑update chat, the Web Agency platform, and any sites hosted or managed through them. It is incorporated into and supplements our Terms of Service (client and platform/tenant). Capitalized terms have the meanings given in those Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of others (for example, as an agency for your clients), you are responsible for their compliance with this AUP.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use the Services to create, host, publish, store, or transmit content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• infringes intellectual‑property rights, or misappropriates trade secrets or another's brand;
• is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading (including deceptive commercial practices);
• is harassing, threatening, hateful, or promotes violence or discrimination;
• is sexually explicit, or sexually exploits or endangers minors (we report child sexual abuse material to authorities);
• unlawfully discloses another person's private, financial, or health information;
• sells or promotes regulated or prohibited goods or services (for example, weapons, illegal drugs, or unlicensed financial, gambling, or pharmaceutical activity) without required authorizations; or
• contains malware, or facilitates phishing, spoofing, or other deceptive or harmful practices.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• access or modify websites, content, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access or modify;
• use the Services to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or violate anti‑spam, telemarketing, or messaging laws (including CAN‑SPAM and, for SMS, TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements);
• probe, scan, breach, or circumvent the security or access controls of the Services or any related systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks (including denial‑of‑service, excessive load, or resource abuse);
• reverse‑engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models from the Services, except as permitted by law;
• misuse the automated/AI features — for example, to generate prohibited content at scale, to attempt to bypass safety measures, or to overload the system with abusive volume; or
• misrepresent your identity or authority, or impersonate any person or entity.

4. Security and responsible use

• Keep your credentials and any chat links private and secure; you are responsible for activity under your account or link.
• Enable and maintain required security features (such as two‑factor authentication).
• Report suspected security issues or misuse promptly to info@yarotech.net.

5. Fair use and resources

The Services are provided for normal business website use. We may set and enforce reasonable limits on storage, requests, message volume, and compute to protect performance and availability for everyone. Automated, scripted, or high‑volume use that degrades the Services is not permitted.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing or reverting content, throttling or disabling features, and suspending or terminating access — with or without notice depending on severity and legal risk. We may also cooperate with law enforcement. Serious violations (such as material involving the exploitation of minors, active security attacks, or clearly illegal content) may result in immediate suspension.

7. Reporting

To report content or activity that may violate this AUP, contact info@yarotech.net with the relevant web address and a description of the issue.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date and applies to continued use of the Services.
